Monday September 11th in Toeller Hall.

Met with the PCCW …..Meeting was held at 7 o’clock. 27 parishioners present.

Building and Grounds – Long Range Planning Committee – presented to the attendees the Sacred Heart Future Family Life Program ….. Following the presentation 18 volunteers signed up.

 

Tuesday September 12th in church. 21 member’s parishioners present.

Wednesday September 13th in church CCD parents. 23 present.

We will have informational town hall sessions on Wed. Oct 11, Wed. Oct. 18th, and Wed. Oct. 25th in Toeller hall from 5:15pm to 6:45 all are welcome.

An informational town hall session was held this past Wed. Oct 11, two remain this coming Wed .Oct. 18th, and the following Wed. Oct. 25th in Toeller hall from 5:15pm to 6:45 all are welcome.

Shared that Bishop Callahan is in favor of our parish proceeding with fundraising for this important project. Communicated that in November we begin our gift-giving, contacting parishioners.

Saturday Oct.21st 5:00pm mass. Finance Council communicates Gift Goal of Future Family Life Program of $2,250,000.00. Sunday Oct. 8th 7:30 & 9:00am mass. Finance Council communicates Gift Goal of Future Family Life Program of $2,250,000.00. One informational town hall session reaming this coming Wed. Oct. 25th in Toeller hall from 5:15pm to 6:45 all are welcome. Report we are on track with our current fiscal budget, as parishioners your weekly offertory giving, your weekly envelopes and monthly contributions have supported operating expenses. As parishioners your past response to the Diocesan annual appeal has been consistent. Going forward we are hopeful your contributions will remain consistent.

Our Future Family Life Program is designed to help our parish grow, to enhance our teaching the word of God now and to future families. We have begun to move forward with phase 1 of our Future Family Life Program; our anticipated start date for phase 1 is spring of 2018.

In November we will begin our gift giving campaign for the program. As parishioners you will be contacted and asked to gift toward this very important undertaking. The Future Family Life Program goal is $2,250,000.00

This goal amount covers all phases, the amount raised will determine how soon and how fast we can move forward with our program.
